Richard Oaks has a comprehensive work experience in the operations field. Richard started their career in 2004 as a General Manager at Ferguson Enterprises and worked there until 2007. In 2011, Richard joined RelaDyne LLC as a General Manager and held this position until 2016. Richard then progressed to Regional Manager from 2016 to 2021. Richard's most recent role at RelaDyne LLC was as a Regional Vice President from 2019 to 2021. Richard is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at RelaDyne LLC starting from January 2021.

Richard Oaks earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Tallahassee Community College from 1989 to 1991. In 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from WGU Texas, completing it in 2018.
