Jim Su has over 20 years of work experience. Jim began their career in 1999 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Earthlink. In 2003, they became an Import Manager at Timegear Clothing, where they were responsible for coordinating with clients on new season clothing program details and merchandising and design for private label clothing lines. In 2005, they joined Rekon Technologies as VP Business Development. Jim went on to become VP Software Production, VP of Sales & Marketing, VP of Software Development, and Director of Product Development. In their role as Director of Product Development, they were responsible for managing development projects for corporate client accounts on mortgage lien release software, as well as producing manuals, walkthroughs, and project related documentation. Jim also provided on-site installation support and training.

Jim Su attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1992 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
