Kine Berild Norheim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and academia. Currently serving as a board member at Metizport since August 2024 and as CEO of NExTdigital since August 2018, Kine has focused on international positioning and financial sustainability in the e-sports industry and digital solutions for businesses. Kine's academic contributions as an associate professor and lecturer at NTNU include student mentorship and research, complemented by a Ph.D. in Innovation Management and Strategy. Kine's entrepreneurial spirit is evident through the founding of Arkwiz AS and Innovasjonstolk, alongside multiple board positions, including chairperson roles at Reknes AS and Young Enterprise Møre og Romsdal.
