Kim Copping has extensive experience in the culinary and commercial sectors, currently serving in various commercial roles at REKKI since January 2017, including US Commercial and Product + Commercial. Prior to this, Kim owned Newington Table from August 2015 to January 2017. Additional culinary roles include managing The Pavilion, working as a chef at multiple establishments such as Milk Bar and La Petite Maison, and serving as a chef at The Capital Hotel, Le Chalet Blanc, 122 Street Kitchen, Notting Hill Brasserie, and L'autre Pied across several years starting from 2008.
