Denisa Toma currently serves as an HR Trainer Officer at Rekeep, having joined the company in January 2022, where responsibilities include supporting the organization and management of mandatory, specialized, and professional training for employees. Prior experience includes work as a Gelataia at Gelateria L’era glaciale and a project focused on employer branding at Thales during a master’s program. Denisa gained internship experience in training at Job Select. Education includes a Master's in Human Resources Management from Radar Academy and a Master's degree in Community Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova, along with a Bachelor's degree in Physiological Psychology/Psychobiology from the same university and a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico A. Paradisi.
