Irvin Muskic has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Irvin started their career at Chalmers Professional Education AB, where they worked in sales and marketing roles, focusing on tailored education for professionals in the industry. Irvin then joined GÓ§teborg Studenters IF as a manager before transitioning to i3TEX AB as a technical consultant. Irvin later joined COWI as a lead process engineer and gained experience in consulting for the chemical industry. Irvin joined INOVYN as a CAPEX project manager, responsible for budgeting, data analytics, and investment proposals. Currently, Irvin is working at Rejlers, initially as a business unit manager, then promoted to business area manager, where they successfully implemented operational strategies and led remarkable growth in revenue and EBITA. Irvin is currently serving as the head of the Chemicals & Refining Business for Rejlers Sweden.

Irvin Muskic earned their M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, where they attended from 2003 to 2009.
