With a Ph.D. in Economics from Michigan State University, Nicole has a strong background in econometrics and economic analysis. Nicole has authored various research papers and projects, focusing on regulatory economic analysis and policy-making. Throughout their career, Nicole has held roles in academia, government agencies, and private firms, showcasing their expertise in economics and research methodologies.
