Nancy Pickard is an experienced research analyst with a strong background in commercial real estate and fixed income markets. At Moody's Analytics CRE from January 2022 to May 2024, Nancy focused on research, analysis, and documentation of critical commercial real estate data across US markets. Prior experience at London Stock Exchange Group involved extensive data collection and documentation for the fixed income market, covering US Treasury securities and various bond issues. Earlier roles included project management in the implementation of security systems for libraries in Charlotte, NC, and product management at The McClatchy Company, overseeing newspaper section coordination and customer relations. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from Wofford College and has completed leadership training through the Project Management Institute and The Master's Program for Women.
