Kelly (Auerbach) Buck is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Wholesale Experience Manager for North America at Reima since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at Elastic Suite, including Account Manager and Customer Success Analyst, from March 2021 to June 2023. Previous experience includes Customer Service and Wholesale Account Manager at Hoplark HopTea, Director of Customer Success at The Bit, Implementation Consultant at MEDITECH, and Master Trainer at The Adirondack Club. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Uppsala University, as well as a high school diploma in Ornamental Horticulture/Floriculture from Norfolk County Agricultural High School.
