Tom Reilly is an experienced professional in customer service and production control, currently serving as Production Control Manager at Reilly Foam Corporation since August 2021, having previously held the role of Customer Service Representative. With a strong background in customer service across multiple organizations, including Southco, Inc., Packaging Corporation of America, RockTenn, TD, and Santander Bank, Tom has developed skills in customer issue resolution, relationship building, and sales. Tom also has supervisory experience and is currently undergoing Yellow Belt training to enhance operational efficiency. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
