Steven Lewis MRTPI is an experienced planning professional with a comprehensive background in development management and planning applications. Currently serving as Development Manager at Reigate & Banstead Borough Council since August 2022, Steven previously held roles including Development Management Lead (East) at South Downs National Park Authority, where management of a team handling complex planning applications was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes head of Development Management at Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Planning Manager at Rydon, and various senior roles within Brighton & Hove City Council. Steven's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Town Planning from the University of Brighton and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning from Birmingham City University.
