Rick Teachout is an accomplished finance professional with over 40 years of diversified experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Investor Relations at Reid's Heritage Homes since April 2016, Rick has held various managerial roles at TD Bank and Scotiabank. Prior to their current position, Rick was the Director of Commercial Accounts at Meridian Credit Union from June 2006 to April 2016, where Rick managed a complex portfolio for high-value Members and specialized in construction and take-out financing across multiple sectors, including commercial and residential real estate, industrial, and hospitality.
