Christina Palumbo has extensive experience in customer service roles, currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Concierge at Reid's Heritage Homes since October 2021. Prior to this, Christina held various positions at Mattamy Homes, including Senior Customer Care Coordinator and Customer Care Coordinator, from December 2013 to October 2021. Christina's earlier roles include Inside Key Account Manager at Fabory, Revision Agent at Elections Canada, and Sales Associate at Capezio. Christina holds a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of the Sunshine Coast and a Bachelor of Arts in History Specialist from the University of Toronto.
