Becky Barker has extensive experience in customer experience and administrative roles within the construction and adoption sectors. Since December 2011, Becky has served as the Director of Customer Experience & Warranty Care with Reid's Heritage Homes, where responsibilities include managing customer interactions, overseeing project coordination, and ensuring compliance with building permits and Tarion enrollment. Prior to this role, Becky was an Immigration Representative/Administrative Assistant at Imagine Adoption Agency from January 2007 to April 2011, focusing on paperwork for children's immigration to Canada. Earlier experience includes administrative positions at Quality Homes and Forest City Fire Protection. Becky holds a Bachelor of Education in Children's Ministry from Heritage College, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
