Roselin Ochoa Gutierrez is an experienced deli associate at Reid's Fine Foods, where responsibilities include food preparation, organization of display cases, and cleaning workstations. As a former team supervisor, Roselin managed workflow, trained new hires, and provided performance evaluations to senior management. Previous roles include internships with Road to Hire focusing on networking and skill development in technology-related careers, as well as a cashier position at Harris Teeter that emphasized customer service and training coworkers. Roselin is currently pursuing a degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, building upon a foundation established with a high school diploma from Vance High School.
