Charlie Spears is an experienced educator and manager with a background in physics and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Physics Teacher for Jefferson County Public School System since August 2018, Charlie has previously held various leadership roles in the manufacturing sector, including Plant Manager at Reichhold and multiple positions as Director of Manufacturing Services at companies such as CDR Pigments, Flint Ink, and Flint Group. Charlie also accumulated significant experience as a Plant Manager at Engelhard and Kaiser Aluminum. Educationally, Charlie earned a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Physics for middle and high school levels from Maryville University of Saint Louis in 2011.
