Kaitlyn Ricks is currently engaged in the Radon Research Lab at the University of Utah, focusing on developing a statewide radon testing protocol. Concurrently, Kaitlyn works as a Retail Sales Specialist at REI, where skills in communication, understanding outdoor gear, and teamwork are enhanced. Previously, Kaitlyn served as an Intimate Partner Violence Research Assistant at the University of Utah College of Social and Behavioral Science, analyzing data related to policies on intimate partner violence across U.S. college campuses. Kaitlyn’s earlier experience includes a role as a waitress at Jacob Lake Inn. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Family, Community, & Human Development and Environmental Sustainability at the University of Utah, Kaitlyn's education spans from August 2021 to May 2025.
