Yaditi Dave, CSM, is an accomplished Principal Software Engineer and Tech Lead at REI Systems since November 2011, specializing in the design, development, testing, and configuration of multi-tier web-based enterprise software applications utilizing SCRUM methodology. In this role, Yaditi provides technical guidance, mentors team members, and oversees the deployment of patches and upgrades. Previously, Yaditi served as a Mid Level Application Engineer at MicroPact Engineering from September 2008 to October 2011, where responsibilities included facilitating business requirements gathering sessions, developing web applications with a proprietary system, and performing quality assurance using the iReport toolkit. Yaditi holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, obtained from 2006 to 2008.
