Hiral Thakrar is a seasoned project and program delivery manager with extensive experience in managing federal contracts and delivering technology solutions. Currently serving as a Project/Program Delivery Manager at REI Systems since March 2021, Hiral oversees DME and O&M contracts for the FDA Imports Delivery team and is involved in responding to RFI, RFP, and task assignments. Previously, as a Project/Product Manager for the FDA, Hiral managed significant projects including the Foreign Inspection Planning and Scheduling System and the System for Entry Review and Imports Operations, maintaining a $6M+ annual budget while ensuring federal compliance. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Infosys Limited, directing multiple projects across diverse methodologies, and earlier as Project Manager/Tech Lead at OPTIMUS INC, focusing on resource and capacity planning. Hiral holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from South Gujarat University and has additional education from Nirma University.
