Carolina Picolo Cacioli is a skilled UX Designer currently employed at REI Systems since February 2022. Previously, Carolina served as a Web Designer Project Lead at DealerOn, Inc. from April 2016 to February 2022. Carolina's earlier roles include Associate Designer at Stanton Communications (February 2014 - February 2016), where contributions included web and graphic design solutions and leading the company's website and branding initiatives. Carolina also held positions as a Web Designer for St. Coletta of Greater Washington and as a Freelance Web Designer for National Geographic Society in 2013. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Developer at The Literacy Lab in late 2012. Carolina holds a Certificate in Graphic and Web Design from Boston University and has pursued education at Georgetown University and LADO International Institute.
