Scott Hinesley is an experienced engineering consultant currently serving as President at REI Engineers, Inc. since February 1998, specializing in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope issues. Additionally, Scott held the position of First Vice President at IIBEC from March 2019 to February 2020. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
