Joseph Wainaina is an experienced advanced manufacturing manager currently with Rehrig Pacific Company since March 2023. Previously, Joseph served as a senior engineer at Parametrix from August 2022 to January 2023, where the focus was on developing a framework for service offerings using lean and six sigma concepts. From March 2019 to June 2022, Joseph held the role of Projects and Initiatives Manager/Cable Lean Manager at Baker Hughes, overseeing the Hoshin strategic deployment process. Prior experience includes serving as a Jr. Process Engineer/Team Leader at J.A.M. Distributing, where Joseph led various operational excellence projects, and as Engineer 1- Quality Coordinator/Quality Engineer at Aker Solutions focusing on quality control methodologies. Joseph's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston.
