Carlos Romero is the owner of express Towing Services Inc. Carlos also works as a Maintenance Manager at Rehrig Pacific Company, where Carlos is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Carlos obtained a degree in HVAC (Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician) from Lincoln Technical Institute in 2006 and a Combination Welding Certificate in Welding Technology/Welder from ATI Career Training Center-Dallas in 1995.
