Tookaram Balloo has over two decades of experience in construction and project management, currently serving as a Senior Site Manager at REHM Grinaker since 2003. Significant projects include the management of the Parc Mont Choisy IRS, valued at 680 million, and various high-profile hotel renovations such as The Sands Resort Hotel and Spa, as well as the Sugar Beach Renovation. Throughout the career, Tookaram has progressed from a Site Technician at Ramllol Bushan Contractor to various engineering and management roles, contributing to projects of varying scales, including residential complexes and civil works. Tookaram holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Lycee polytechnique, earned between 1997 and 1999.
