Alyssa Fabianek, OTD, OTR/L, CBIS, currently serves as an Occupational Therapist at Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation and as a Per Diem Occupational Therapist at St. Mary's Health System since April 2023. Previously, Alyssa held positions as a Per Diem Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health and as a Licensed Occupational Therapist at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, where responsibilities included floating between the cardiopulmonary/ventilator and brain injury/COVID recovery floors. Additionally, Alyssa worked as a Lab Instructor at the MGH Institute of Health Professions and served as a Virtual Fieldwork Educator at Colorado State University. Early career experiences included a volunteer position at Baqa'a Refugee Camp and Level II fieldwork at both Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Alyssa earned a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions and a Bachelor of Science in Health Wellness and Occupational Studies from the University of New England.
