Emily Hamilton is an experienced occupational therapist and director of rehabilitation, currently serving as the Director of Rehabilitation at HealthPRO Heritage since March 2023. With a career that includes extensive hands-on roles at various healthcare facilities, Emily has demonstrated expertise in evaluating and planning rehabilitation interventions for both new and long-term care residents. Prior experiences include positions at Rehab Resources NY, Daybreak Venture LLP, and Med Travelers, where responsibilities encompassed supervising therapy assistants, educating staff, and participating in interdisciplinary care plan meetings. Emily's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Utica University, complemented by an Associate degree in Athletic Training from Finger Lakes Community College.
