Joshua Owens is an experienced IT Support Specialist with a strong background in technical support and system administration. Currently employed at Rehab Medical since August 2021, Joshua has provided comprehensive troubleshooting and training services to end users, focusing on hardware, software, and network issues. Prior experience includes roles at Hickory Recovery Network and Cognizant, where Joshua led VIP deskside support and managed asset deployment. Previous positions also demonstrate expertise in desktop support and network configuration at organizations such as the Indianapolis Housing Agency and Allison Transmission.
