Emma O'Riordan is an experienced professional in the field of social care, currently serving as a Service Manager at Rehab Group since August 2015, overseeing residential and day services for individuals with autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury (ABI), and mental health challenges. Previously, Emma held positions as a Team Leader and Residential Care Worker within the same organization, and worked as a Social Care Worker/Health Care Assistant with TTM Healthcare Group. Emma's educational background includes a Certificate in Management from the University of Limerick and a degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care from Limerick Institute of Technology. Additional early experience includes placements with the Garda Youth Diversion Programme and various roles in educational settings and special needs camps.
