Ben Morrison has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ben is currently working as a Consultant at Regulated Capital Consultants since July 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded OpIQ in May 2021, where they served as the Co-Founder until March 2023. At OpIQ, they were responsible for developing a platform for sales teams to find target accounts and personalize outreach.

Before OpIQ, Ben co-founded Reap in September 2019, where they worked until April 2021. At Reap, they developed a candidate sourcing and referral platform that utilized AI to identify and recruit top talent. Ben encouraged employees to refer individuals based on their past experiences and delivered vetted candidates to employers.

Ben Morrison attended Hinsdale Central High School from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree at Vanderbilt University from 2008 to 2012. During their time at Vanderbilt, they studied Chemical and Bio-Molecular Engineering, Corporate Strategy, and Chemistry.
