Will Whitton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Will started their career with Morrisons in 2001, where they held various roles and managed store operations with a team of 100-250 staff. Will also served as a Deputy Store Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring targets were met.

In 2013, Will joined Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc as a Market Street Manager, responsible for managing and leading multiple departments in the fresh food side of the business. Will later became Deputy General Manager, leading the opening and setup of a major store in the south-east region, overseeing staff training and operational deadlines.

Currently, Will is working at Regular Cleaning as an Operations Director, responsible for managing the team, delivering exceptional standards, improving portfolio profitability, and building and maintaining client relationships.
