Mumbai Regrob has work experience as the Head of Sales and Marketing at regrob.com from 2014 till present. Prior to that, they worked as a sales manager at CCA from 2010 to 2013.

Mumbai Regrob began their education at the University of Mumbai in 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. They studied in this program for three years, graduating in 2004. Later, in 2007, Mumbai Regrob returned to the University of Mumbai to obtain a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics, which was completed in 2010.
