Tricia Lyons is a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Regnology since August 2016, where Tricia also serves as the Customer Support Team Lead for Vizor AEOI. Prior to Regnology, Tricia was a Customer Support Developer at Wobego from September 2015 to August 2016, and worked as a Solutions Engineer at NIVAL. Tricia's early career includes a role as a Digital Archivist for the Kilkenny Design Workshops Demonstrator Project at the National College of Art and Design, focusing on digitisation workflows for the Digital Repository of Ireland. Additional experience includes positions such as Metadata Cataloger/Digitizer at Southern Methodist University and Library Coordinator at the Contemporary Music Centre, Ireland, where Tricia managed music-related collections and provided library assistance. Tricia's education includes a Higher Diploma in Science in Computing from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, a Master's in Library and Information Studies from University College Dublin, and bachelor's degrees in Music and English from University College Cork.
