Ronald C. has worked in the tech industry since 2012. Ronald began their career at DudaMobile as a Technical Support Specialist, using advanced understanding of CSS and HTML to troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests via phone, email and chat, as well as reporting and resolving issues and bugs with QA and developers. Ronald also wrote, edited and maintained a portion of the support knowledge base, and worked with the marketing and sales team to create and maintain email campaigns through Marketo. In 2015, they moved to KarFarm as a Software Engineer. In 2017, they joined Registria, where they served as a Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Engineering Lead - Development.

Ronald C. received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University between 2009 and 2011. In 2014, they attended Dev Bootcamp and Bloc to gain skills in web development.
