Shelley Sanfilippo is a seasoned professional in the beauty and salon industry, currently serving as the Senior District Operations Leader at Regis Corporation since December 2006. Shelley excels in developing high-performing leaders and fostering successful teams to achieve results. Prior to this role, Shelley worked as a Master Stylist at Via for Hair from February 2002 to November 2006, providing exceptional guest service. Shelley’s extensive experience also includes a tenure as Senior Operations Manager at Custom Cuts, where development of leaders across 40 salons led to consistent positive results from February 1989 to January 2002.
