Kristie Skluzacek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in different companies. Kristie worked at Regis Corporation from 2013 to the present, holding positions such as VP of Operations, VP of Strategy, Real Estate & Business Development, and Director of Business Development. Prior to that, they worked at Delta Air Lines from 2010 to 2013, where they held roles such as Market Group Manager and Team Lead in Atlantic Inventory Management. Kristie also worked at Northwest Airlines from 2007 to 2009 as a Senior Pacific Yield Analyst, and at Imation from 2002 to 2007 in positions such as Financial Reporting Analyst, Internal Auditor, and Treasury Analyst. Kristie began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor from 2000 to 2002.

Kristie Skluzacek earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1999. Kristie later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, completing their studies in 2006. Additionally, they hold an inactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, obtained in 2001.
