Eric Speichinger is a seasoned professional in the affordable housing sector with extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and investment management. Currently serving as Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Affordable Housing Group at Regions Bank since October 2019, Eric originates debt and equity investments for affordable housing projects in the Midwest. Prior roles include Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Monarch Private Capital, where Eric was responsible for sourcing tax credit financed transactions, and Owner of BrightStar Healthcare, a home health care agency. Additionally, Eric held positions as Vice President of Acquisitions at The Richman Group, focusing on multi-family developments, and as Vice President of Business Development at GE Capital, where strategic partnerships for tax credits were established. Eric holds an MBA in Finance, Real Estate, and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a BA in Economics and Management from DePauw University.
