Marisa Disha currently serves as the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) since May 2023, where responsibilities include implementing M&E methodology to measure activity results and impact in line with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Marisa worked at Islamic Relief Albania from July 2019 to April 2023, first as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Coordinator, where a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system was established and managed, and previously as a Project & Finance Assistant, providing support in project planning and documentation. Marisa Disha holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Tirana.
