Michael Richardson has over 20 years of experience in compensation, HRIS, and records management. Michael is currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation & HRIS at Regional One Health, where they are responsible for managing the strategic development and administration of compensation programs. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Compensation, HRIS & Records at the same organization. In addition, Michael has experience as a Manager of Compensation Administration at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, a Senior Manager of Compensation at Shelby County Schools, and a Compensation Analyst II at Methodist Healthcare. Michael also served in various roles at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, including Senior HRIS Analyst, Compensation/Management Analyst, and HRIS Analyst. Michael's early career includes working as an Implementation Specialist at P&A Group, where they supervised the conversion to a new software system and designed new reporting.
