Nicole Roarke is a culinary instructor at The Cook's Studio, where Nicole teaches recreational cooking classes for groups. Nicole is also a coordinating producer and on-air chef contributor at RNN-TV, Fios1 News. Nicole has extensive experience as a chef consultant, executive chef, caterer, and culinary instructor at various establishments. Nicole graduated with honors from the International Culinary Center and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
