Kelly Colbourne has extensive experience in the civil engineering and municipal operations sectors, currently serving as Roads Manager at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo since May 2006, where roles have included Acting Director, Manager, Supervisor, Operations Planner, and Roads Technician. Prior to this, Kelly worked as a Civil Engineering Technologist and Construction Supervisor at Terracon Geotechnique Ltd. and as a Civil Engineering Technologist at Thurber Engineering Ltd. Educational qualifications include certificates in Advanced Labour Relations and Labour Relations from Queen's University IRC, as well as a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the College of the North Atlantic.
