Cynthia Nippard began their work experience in 2007 as a Peace Officer for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. In February 2020, they were promoted to the role of Sergeant CPO in the same organization. In 2021, Cynthia joined Tupperware Canada Inc as a Consultant.
Cynthia Nippard has a diverse education history. In 2007, they attended the Alberta Solicitor General College where they studied Community Peace Office. Later, they enrolled in the Emergency Response Institute from an unknown start year to 2014, where they specialized in Managing the Search Operation.
Cynthia also attended Sait Polytechnic, completing the Human Resources Management program in 2012 and the Applied Leadership program also in 2012. Additionally, they received certifications from the Alberta Municipal Health & Safety Association in 2010, including the Municipal Joint Health & Safety Committees Representative Certification Program and the Municipal Supervisor in Health & Safety Certification Program.
Prior to these, they had attended various institutions, such as the College of the North Atlantic for Hospitality Training in Marine Passenger Services in 2000, Keyin Technical College for Law and Security in 1997, Western Community College in Newfoundland for Computerized Office Familiarization in 1989, and the District Vocational School in Newfoundland for Clerk Typing in 1985.
Additionally, Cynthia completed the Counter Terrorism Information Officer Workshop through the RCMP Community Outreach Program. In 2017, they obtained a Commissioner for Oaths appointment from the Government of Alberta.
