Kenshay Kerr is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Regional Finance since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Recruiter at Heights Finance Corporation and Staffing Manager at Robert Half. Alongside a career in recruitment, Kenshay has a long-standing position as a Pianist at Allen Temple AME Church since October 2017. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Penn State University, where involvement included leadership as President of The Student Government Association and supporting roles such as Resident Assistant and Admissions Representative.
