Christina Crabtree serves as the General Manager of Corporate and Transportation Services at the Regional District of Nanaimo since July 2023, overseeing Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Legislative Services. Prior to this role, Christina held the position of General Manager of Corporate Services at the City of Maple Ridge from December 2005 to April 2023, where responsibilities included providing diverse support services to the Mayor, Council, and City Departments. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer and Information Services Manager at the City of Maple Ridge and Simon Fraser University, respectively, where responsibilities ranged from managing complex computing infrastructures to supporting large-scale user environments. Early career experience includes roles as a Technical Trainer and Labour Law Paralegal. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
