Bryan Peters is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Superintendent of Development and Instruction at the Regional District of Nanaimo since May 2019, Bryan has expertise in managing transit operations and delivering training programs for employee development. Prior roles include Human Resources Advisor and Director of Human Resources at MDA and Alstom, where Bryan successfully transformed HR into a strategic business partner model and negotiated collective bargaining agreements. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Global Human Resources from the University of Liverpool and a BA in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, complemented by a certification from the Human Resources Professionals Association.
