Karen Turner is an experienced education professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a TSDS Consultant at Region 14 Education Service Center since September 2010, Karen has played a pivotal role in the implementation of the Texas Student Data System. In addition to this position, Karen has provided training and support for Title I Compliance Reports. Previously, from August 2000 to May 2009, Karen worked as a Special Education Advisor at Abilene High School, where significant contributions were made by attending ARD meetings for numerous students. Karen holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.
