Rachel Frost has a diverse work experience in various communication roles. Rachel started their career in 2009 as a Traffic Reporter at Guaranty Broadcasting and then moved on to work as a Multimedia Journalist at WBRZ-TV. In 2012, they joined Tyler ISD as a Coordinator of Community Relations before becoming the Director of Communications and Marketing at Terrell ISD in 2013. Rachel then worked as a Communication Strategist at Huckabee from 2018 to 2019 and is currently employed as the Director of Communications Services at Region 10 ESC since November 2019.

Rachel Frost completed their education in a chronological order. Rachel graduated from Carroll Senior High School in 2006 with no specific degree or field of study mentioned. Following that, they attended Louisiana State University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism. Lastly, from 2017 to 2019, Rachel attended The University of Alabama and attained their Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies.
