Jason Holcomb is an experienced professional in community impact and health coordination, currently serving as the Director of Community Impact at Region 1 Planning Council since May 2020. Prior to this role, Jason was the Community Health Coordinator at TransformRockford from July 2018 to May 2020 and served as Project Development Manager. Jason's earlier experience includes working as a Social Security Advocate at Black & Jones Attorneys at Law for nearly seven years, providing non-attorney representation for Social Security Disability cases, and as a PATH Team Outreach member at Janet Wattles Center. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Rockford University, a Master of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wheaton College.
