Míra Jonáš is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at RegioJet a.s. since September 2022, focusing on identifying and attracting suitable candidates for various positions. Previously, Míra worked as a Recruiter at LEO Express from December 2017 to July 2022, where the emphasis was on finding candidates passionate about personal transportation. Míra's earlier experience includes serving as a Recruiter and Talent Sourcer at DANAVIA CAREERS, s.r.o. from July 2014 to September 2017, and as an HR Trainee at the same company in 2014. Míra's career began with a temporary role as an Assistant Producer at Agentura Dobrý Den from 2009 to May 2014. Míra holds a Master's degree in Andragogy and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management, both from Jan Amos Komensky University in Prague.
