Sophia Han, RN, CCM, has extensive experience in nursing and case management, currently serving as a Case Manager at the University of California since November 2011, specializing in utilization review and discharge planning. Previously, Sophia held positions at the Hospital for Special Surgery from February 2006 to November 2011 as a Staff RN and RN Case Manager, focusing on utilization review, and worked as a Staff RN at New York-Presbyterian Hospital from November 2003 to February 2006. Sophia earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Hunter College, graduating in 2003.
