William Pratt is a Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering industry. William is currently working at REGENT since May 2023 in a role focused on mechanical design. Prior to this, they were a Mechanical Design Engineer at Confluent Medical Technologies from May 2022 to April 2023. Before that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Taco Comfort Solutions from April 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Temp-Flex, where they held multiple positions including Manufacturing Engineer and Process Engineer from January 2013 to April 2020. William also gained valuable experience at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where they worked as a Rotational Engineer II from November 2009 to June 2010, and as an Engineer II from February 2008 to October 2009. During their time at General Dynamics Electric Boat, they worked on various projects related to structural design and engineering evaluations.

William Pratt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, graduating in 2007. William continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2012.
